Talk to Ciné-Tamaris, Agnès Varda's production company, for Cléo de 5 à 7. You'll have to pay for shipping from Paris if they have a 35mm print available, but her staff assistants are quite friendly and helpful. They may be able to direct you to distributors for the other films as well. Good luck!

To the best of my knowledge not a single one of these films is distributed
in 35mm film in the US ( or 16mm either) There maybe some prints in
archives but that is about it. Don't be so surprised it is increasingly
difficult to get prints of many better known titles let alone wonderful but
less commercial films

Good Luck
