APOLLO 13, based on the historical space accident, is one of the most famous examples.  The launch was at 13 minutes after the hour (1 p.m. EST or 13:13, CST time at control HQ in Houston) and the explosion on the spacecraft occurred on April 13.

The Cold War spy-propaganda film I MARRIED A COMMUNIST was also titled THE WOMAN ON PIER 13

John Carpenter updated FORT APACHE in ASSAULT ON PRECINCT 13
