Digitalisation and networks, wipo and dmca. In Reimerdes, the court
imagined people distributing whole DVDs over the networks. We had napster
and p2p, is that affected by drm? No. Sampling in music aka "stealing" has
revived the industry and why shouldnt this be in cinema too?
