actually once we get away from america the possibilities
proliferate . . . chabrol and diane kurys have both done lots
of films centering on women . . . and don larsson reminds
us of the obvious bergmans that we've overlooked thus far

back in the USA, a very interesting recent example is THE
BUSINESS OF STRANGERS starring stockard channing and
julia styles [dir: Patrick Stettner]
