Sarah Nichols wonders:

> Let me say at the outset thatm I am conducting my own research, and
that the purpose of this post is merely to solicit suggestions or
advice about locating criticism of Ganja and Hess. At present, I have
one essay, written by Manthia Diawara, that was published in "Jump Cut"
in 1990. I also own James Monaco's "American Film Now", which devotes a
few pages to the film. It is also briefly mentioned in the book
"Celluloid Mavericks."

I have looked on-line and elsewhere, and have come up with nothing,
save for the above mentioned sources. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.

Have you checked THE FILM LITERATURE INDEX? There should at least be a
number of reviews listed in the release year and soon after.
