especially since that was done by some kind of terrorists.
SEVEN is also related. Unspeakable crimes are perpetrated by someone who didn't
cared if he lived or not. Also, as in that film, there is the question of how do
you punish someone adequately for such crimes, especially since they basically
don't care.
