The best example is, I think, Blade Runner.  Several of ther Cronenberg
films fit here (from Videodrome to existenz). The Alien films. Many of the
sci-fi TV series. Donna Haraway has published some interesting material in
"Simians, Cyborgs and Women" and "A Cyborg Manifesto"
