You need to find an Apex with the secret loopholes menu to be able to view any
DVD. Try eBay, as current Apex players disable this menu.As for the
combination player, I understand these cannot play the second layer of
dual-layer discs, which often force you to screen the pan and scan version.

P.S.: Once I got one of these finding other-region DVDs that I wanted was
difficult. Most foregin sites mostly focus on American films. At this point
I have one PAL all code and one PAL VCD that claims on the box to be a DVD.
Other than that, I don't have any. Aside from _Eyes Wide Shut_ and
_Eraserhead_, does anyone know where any foreign-region-only DVDs worth having
can be found?

"It's a queer world, and the longer I live in it the queerer I find it. Once
I thought it would be a good idea to regulate things myself, and run the world
as it ought to be run; but I gave it up long ago. The world's a stage, they
say; but the show ain't always amusing, by a long chalk, and sometimes I wish
I didn't have a reserved seat."--John Merrick, _Aunt Jane's Nieces_, by L.
Frank Baum
