I am looking for a film about the building of the Transatlantic Cable,
which took place in the 1860s.
It is supposed to be a British film from the 1960s, but it could also be a
documentary. The protagonist's name would be Cyrus West.

Does that ring a bell?

Thanks for your help,
Klaus Bardenhagen
