The Day of the Triffids (1962)--Most of the population is blinded by a
meteor shower
Little House on the Prairie--Mary is blinded in a fire
Afraid of the Dark (1991)--Serial killer stalks blind women
The Killer (1989)--An assassin inadvertently blinds a showgirl and tries to
care for her
Bride of Frankenstein/Young Frankenstein--the monster's confrontation with a
blind hermit
Ghengis Blues (1999)--a documentary about throat singing that focuses on a
blind blues musician
The Dark Eyes of London (1939)--Bela Lugosi uses a blind man to do his
killing
