As I think Jessica Rosner pointed out, though, this is not fair use but an
explicit statutory exception
(http://www.loc.gov/copyright/title17/92chap1.html#110).  It's not at all
clear that such screenings could be considered fair use, probably the
reason the exception was made (ie so that courts don't have to figure it
out).
