I don't know if there in the format you need but Facets has "The Cabinet of
Dr. Caligari" (Wiene), "Siegfried" (Lang) and "Krimhilde`s Revenge" (Lang).
You can go to www.facets.org  and check the formats. If they don't have the
format you need maybe they can point you in the right direction. Good luck!
