DEADLINE EXTENDED TO 15 SEPTEMBER

CFP: THE PRESIDENCY IN FILM AND TV

Our deadline for the Los Angeles conference on
THE PRESIDENCY IN FILM has been extended
to 15 September.   Paper proposals of 150 words
will be considered until that time.

The full spectrum of films is welcomed--from
documentary to experimental, from early realities
of McKinley to the Tom Selleck film, RUNNING
MATES, aired on August 13th, 2000, the very
night before the Democratic Nominating
Convention.

Filmmakers and scholars will mix and share
insights and wisdom about politics and film with
special focus on the Presidency.  Many scholars
from across the globe are registered and will be
