Many people still work in 16mm and feel that film resolution is better than
video, shooting on 16mm and editing on video. As for the camera itself, it
depends on the brand-name of the camera and the availability of parts. But
you are virtually getting the camera for free if the three rolls of 16mm
film are fresh enough to use.
