Research seminars, 2005



A new series of research seminars is offered for 2005.

This will be an ongoing series featuring academic speakers and media practitioners.

The first two events are as follows:





Spectacle and Spectacles in 1920s Hollywood Cinema

Professor Steve Neale, University of Exeter

Thursday 3 February, 5pm



“Excitement, Fear, Awe, Admiration”:

Documentary Form and Audience Response to Touching the Void

Dr. Thomas Austin, University of Sussex

Wednesday 2 March, 5pm
