For ongoing research into a piece on monster films, does anyone recall
whether KING KONG was eventually made into a TV cartoon series, with
obviously a much more user friendly KONG? I seem to recall something like
this, but cannot place it precisely.

I continue to look for people to talk to who are knowledgeable in the monster
line, not books but scholars -- including anyone knowledgeable about GODZILLA
series, Universal Gothic, Abbott and Costello in re their monstrous movies
encountering Dracula et al. Appreciate any help in advance -- HR Greenberg MD
