replying to something that CAL said about the National Audio Visual Service;
Someone mentioned to me that the US Information Service was actually a
branch of the CIA and dealt with this kind of stuff.  I believe that they
still have offices, and possibly still produce.  If anybody knows about this
and whether one can order tapes or films from an American embassy located
