Phone/Camera - Technology, Politics, and Transmedia Storytelling

To inspire contributions and interest in the Frames Cinema Journal CFP for the upcoming issue: Phone-Camera at the Intersection of Technology, Politics, And Transmedia Storytelling, the editors of Frames Cinema Journal have produced an exciting and provocative playlist by the same name.

https://screenculture.wp.st-andrews.ac.uk/2021/02/11/themed-playlist-phone-camera-technology-politics-and-transmedia-storytelling/

If it works and you’re interested, here are some details: abstracts should be no more than 250 words and must be accompanied by an indicative bibliography. A brief third-person bio of approx. 150 words should be provided along with the abstract. Abstracts should be sent through as Word Documents and titled “Frames Issue18 Author First name Author Surname” (e.g. Frames Issue 18 Dziga Vertov).

Please submit your proposal to Lucia Szemetová and Jacob Browne at
[log in to unmask] The deadline for submissions is 19 February 2021.

And if it inspires you to contribute a playlist of your own,. Just get in touch with me Leshu Torchin ([log in to unmask])
