Greetings all!

I'd like to alert you all to the first round call for entries for the
REVelation Independent Film Festival.

R.I.F.F. is an non-competative event and represents Australia's major
alternative film festival. R.I.F.F. seeks to bring to Oz the best in
maverick spirit and individual filmic style. It is a festival as much about
ideas as it is about films.

The '99 event saw in excess of ninety individual shorts, features, docs,
animations, experimental and archival works screening over ten days at five
venues to a primarily pop culture audience.

Works are able to be screened on all formats (video preferably PAL but NTSC
OK).

As a direct result from the '99 R.I.F.F. event, two US works secured
Australian video and theatrical release and preview tapes of three others
were requested for national TV sale consideration.

R.I.F.F. is also liaising with screening organisations in New Zealand with
regard to further screenings post event.

Entry is $30.00aus ($17us approx) and entry forms are available on-line.

Check out the website for the 99 archive or selected 2000 program
highlights at the address below or contact me directly.

Entries close Dec 1st. Fest dates are Feb 3rd-13th.

I look forward to seeing your work!
