        I am a PhD student at Georgia State University, and I
        am trying to locate a copy of "Scream and Scream
        Again: A History of the Slasher Film" by Andrew Abbott
        and Russell Leven (2000). I know it's a Channel 4
        production, but I have not be able to to obtain a copy
