To those who have e-mailed me looking for a source for the video I don't
know how one would go about getting a copy.  The copy I borrowed was made
for a friend by another friend, who borrowed it from a friend of a friend
etc. etc.  My guess is that copyright problems would make it difficult for
the original producers to distribute in any commercial sense.  If copies
can be obtained somehow, I'd also like to know who to contact.
