>I don't have a basis for comparison, having never ordered from Foothill

How about "A Million And One World-Wide Videos", P.O.Box 349,
Orchard Hill, Georgia 30266-0349. Tel.: 1-800-849-7309, Fax.: 1-800-849-
0873. They specialize in hard-to-find video titles, working from a
network of collectors, from whom they can obtain either copies of
inactive titles, or make copies from film prints if the title has never
been released on video (although this is typically a lot more expensive,
i.e. $100.00 minimum). According to their brochure, they guarantee the
lowest price, and also buy, rent & trade videos and laser discs.
