For articles, you may already know this one, but one of the earlier articles
to deal with the theoretical implications of voyeurism in PEEPING TOM, along
with a number of others, is "When a Woman Looks" by Linda Williams. It was
originally published in RE-VISION: ESSAYS IN FEMINIST FILM CRITICISM and
can be found reprinted in the most recent edition of Mast, Cohen and Braudy's

FILM THEORY AND CRITICISM.
