 Following up on Paul's request, I'd like to ask any informed members whether
they do know of good, reliable, and inexpensive PAL/SECAM and NTSC systems
which are available in the USA.
  I believe they are widely available in England as several of my contacts have
them and I saw them on sale when visiting London last January. They are
supposedly cheaper to buy in England than the USA.
