yes this is a fine piece.  in fact, shary's new book is outstanding and I
would reccomend to it all.

    I can recommend my own article, "The Only Place To Go Is Inside:
Confusions of Sexuality and Class in 'Clueless' and 'Kids'" which is in
"Pictures of a Generation on Hold: Youth in Film and Television of the
OE90s", ed. by Murrary Pomerance and John Sakeris (Media Studies Working
Group: Toronto, 1996).  I can send you a copy directly if you can't find the
book.
