Can any murder trial in the US be televised if, say, the networks
or Court TV, think they have audience potential? Is this so across
the entire US or do some states allow it and others don't? Final
question: after watching the heavily sedated (?) face of O.J. Simpson
on TV, does the defendant have to give his permission for the
proceedingd to be televised?
