The latest episode of SCMS's Cinema Journal Presents Aca-Media is up. It features an interview with Josh Heuman about the FCC, the WGA, and industrial authorship, as well as a powerful and informative roundtable with Bambi Haggins, Miriam Petty, and Kristen Warner discussing how media studies can shed light on the George Zimmerman verdict and its aftermath, including possible classroom approaches to the topic. It's definitely worth an attentive listen.
