    ACADEMY OF TV ARTS & SCIENCES FOUNDATION welcomes entries to 16th
    1994 college TV awards ranging from $ 500 to $ 1,000.
 
    1, Programs must be submitted by student producers. One per
    student.
 
    2, Entries must be initiated and completed in fulfillment of a
    college course including independent studies.
 
    3, Entries forms must be signed by instructor of the course.
 
    4, Must be produced between 12/1/93--12/15/94.
 
    5, Submit programs on 3/4" cassette.
 
    6, Deadline: 12/15/94.
 
    7, Entry forms available in TV & Film Dept. of your college.
