If you're looking for a woman scientist in a cult film, you can't do much 
better than William Beaudine's "Jesse James Meets Frankenstein's Daughter," 
which is available on DVD from Elite Entertainment. The movie's general badness 
can be easily summarized by the fact that the title doesn't even get it right--
she's actually Dr. Frankenstein's granddaughter--but nevertheless it features 
Narda Onyx in a wonderfully campy role as a female mad scientist obsessed with 
creating a male zombie.
