Here in Washington State we have a couple such sites.  The town where Twin
Peaks exteriors were shot, North Bend, still gets visitors.  The diner tends
to be the focus of attention.
 
Northern Exposure exteriors are shot in Rosalyn and they get tourists by the
bus load.
 
Another interesting phenomenon is the effect of a film crew on a town during
the visit.  Disclosure shot for about 10 days on the island I live on.  Every
one of the 16,000 residents knew of an event involving the stars, saw them at
golf, knew which home was the "secret location".  My dentist and her
assistant spent an entire filling discussing Michael Douglas' golf game...
