I invite Chris to come to an exhibition in Rideau Falls Park here in
Ottawa. The government has put up a display of great "invented in
Canada" achievements in the park's small exhibition space. The V-chip is
highlighted as one of the jewels in the crown of Canadian cutting edge
technology, right up there with Corel Draw and a dandy hand pump.
