King Features Syndicates owns the rights to the character, with the Fleischer
Studios (or whatever is left of it) retaining at least a partial interest. As
for as who owns the old cartoons, I'm not sure. I think they might have been
owned by Paramount at one time (Paramount distributed the Fleischer films) but
it's also possible that a few fell into the public domain.
