Try the M.L.A. Bibliography and Film Literature Index since the material is
really enormous. Also Chris Sharrett's article OPERATION MIND KILL which
appeared in THE JOURNAL OF POPULAR FILM AND TV ten years or so ago. I think
a real good article also appeared in CRITICAL INQUIRY on Coppola and
Conrad which is worth reading.
   Also FROM HANOI TO HOLLYWOOD, Literature/Film Quarterly issue on Viet Nam(19
1992) and IMAGINING VIETNAM are further areas to try.
