I would go further, but I am not american..

First I would exclude DVDs that goes to developping countries, that are
priviledged according to the Berne convention.

Then I would exclude all offline material. DVDs, CDs etc..

Then I would exclude all material.

The existing copyright laws are enough. It is such a strange paranoia
behind DRM... Being able to control what must not be controlled. At
least not exactly. And on the other hand, if you take away the freedom to
obey the law, if you make people just do something, you take away the law
at all.

The real problem of american copyright, see SONYs 5/4 etc, seems to be the
lack of a contribution of the videorecorder etc industry to the content
industry as it is common in Europe. This makes everything so nasty.
