Hi Heather:

Your student should certainly check out the L. Jeffrey Selznick School of
Film Preservation at George Eastman House in Rochester, NY. The URL
for their web-site is: http://www.eastman.org/16_preserv/16_index.html

This is considered the best school (if not the only school) of its sort in
the US, maybe the world. I've known a number of the students there, and
they seem very happy with the education they're getting in film
preservation. Moreover, they seem to be finding jobs in the field upon
graduation.

Best,

Dan Humphrey
