I'm wondering if anyone would know the source of the quote, "If you
wanna send a message, call Western Union." It was one of the Hollywood
studio moguls from out of the past, admonishing his screenwriters to
stick to entertainment, as opposed to any sort of moralizing. I need a
source for the source as well, i.e. a book, website, etc I could refer
to. Many thanks if you can help.
