I am doing a phd arising from work on the robert donat archive in
manchester, uk and would be interested in hearing from anybody who is
working in similar areas..eg british male stars - 1930s/40s....analysis of
voice/accent in english film performances, construction of
masculinity/british identity in films of that time etc etc - see ya vicky
