Subject: re: Hard Target/Best picture
 
I read or heard that Woo is a master (at least in Asia) of the
action/adventure genre, but much of what makes him so had to be cut from
_Hard Target_ so to make it palatable for Hollywood.  So maybe if Van Damme
was left out and/or Woo left alone, it could have been better?
