I would like to put together a panel on Cinemas from the Third World , for the
29th ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF THE ASSOCIATION OF THIRD WORLD STUDIES20-23
November 2011 Salvador da Bahia, Brazil
 
I will be presenting on African cinema (Sub-Sahara)  and am looking for
papers on other cinemas, (Latin American, Arab, Iranian, South East Asian
and Indian Cinema. Papers could be on individual films or broader in scope.
 
The conference theme is  Global Change, Shifting Dynamics and the Third
World.
