  As far as I know, it is currently unavailable anywhere.  You might have some
luck checking with film societies, the Pacific Film Archive, the AFI, etc.  You
also might want to happen in on your local library, they can sometimes suprise
with their video collection.
 
  If nothing else, try checking with universities and their communications/film
