The Rainy States Film Festival will be held in Seattle, WA, February
16-19, 1995.  The mission of the festival is to promote the works of
independent Northwest filmmakers by producing a festival that provides
exposure to films made in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and British
Columbia, Canada.  Films must have been filmed entirely in the Pacific
Northwest with budgets under $100,000.00.
 
Films will be screened in 35mm, 16mm, 3/4"*, 1/2*"
 (*productions shot on film but edited on video are eligible for screening)
 
Deadline for VHS submissions is December 2, 1994.
 
Entry Forms available September 12, 1994
 
Eligible Northwest Filmmakers are encouraged to
write or Email to receive entry form.

The Rainy State Film Festival is a not-for-profit organization and the
$15 entry fee (per filmmaker, not film) is used to cover postage and
supplies for the fest.  Volunteers and Donations always welcomed.
 
Donations should be made payable to Allied Arts/Rainy States Film Festival.
(no amount is too big or too small!)
 
Also, If you're a member of a Filmmakers organization or media center that
needs to recieve an entry form to share with other members, please email
addresses, fax numbers to me.
