I've just watched a Hindi film called "Madame X" starring Rheka.
Mishra, et al (1989) have suggested that the star acts as parrallel text
in Hindi cinema more so than in Hollywood.
What I found interesting was that Rheka plays a strong woman.
Rheka has always been the bubbly kitten who lets the men do the fighting.

Rheka actually plays 2 strong women. First, villian Madame X then a
replacement for Madame X so the other baddies don't know she's been taken
prisoner.
Just thought I'd throw that in.

Anyone else watching Hindi Cinema?
