Recently I caught a rerun of a _Laugh-In_ episode (now running on Comedy
Central, I believe) where the black performers wore white face and the white
performers wore black face makeup. I thought it was an interesting twist.

I am looking for a film where the African-American
protagonist dons white face -- like in Watermelon Man (1970), Melvin
Van Peebles. Thank you.
