The Auburn Film Society and the Department of Communication and Journalism at
Auburn University are pleased to announce that they are hosting the 2002 Movie
Gallery Student Video Competition.

The competition has categories for both HIGH SCHOOL and COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY
students.

The prizes for each category are:
First Place $1000 (US).
Second $600 (US).
Third $275 (US).

This is a great opportunity to get student's work seen and appreciated. All
levels of expertise and "genres" or "modes" (very loosely defined) are
welcome.

The deadline for entries is March 1, 2002. The entry fee is $20 per entry. For
