Dear Ron,
 
The fact is, Grapevine's version and the version at Critic's Choice (a little
better) are not even a close approximation of good because they are not
legal. 20th Century Fox, through David Shepard and Film Preservation
Associates, are coming out with a laserdisc version which I expect will be a
vast improvement.
