FLORIDA ATLANTIC UNIVERSITY, Department of Communication, is seeking an
Assistant Professor, tenure track, in Film Studies, to teach
undergraduate and graduate courses in film history, theory and
criticism.  Secondary interests in cultural studies, political economy,
Third World cinemas, new media and other areas are welcome.  Effective
date of employment: August 2003.  Salary: $39,000 minimum.  Ph.D.
required, active publishing and teaching experience preferred.
