Internship Opportunities at AFI OnLine Beginning Early 1997!
 
AFI OnLine, the American Film Institute's Web site, is offering an
excellent opportunity to gain experience working in a creative environment
on many facets of an award-winning site.
 
A select number of interns will:
*Research entertainment-based content areas
*Conduct Internet searches for inclusion in CineMedia, the Internet's
largest film and media directory
*Assist head graphic designer with graphic/JavaScript/Shockwave interface;
HTML coding
*Assist with online promotional efforts
 
Basic requirements include:
College student or recent graduate in Los Angeles area; knowledge of Web
navigation; Microsoft Word; an interest in film and television.
 
Interns will be required to work at least one day a week (M-F), 10 to 5.
 
Internships are unpaid. Benefits include: College credit (as arranged with
institution), AFI classes (based on availability) and e-mail addresses.
