Richard M. Barsan has a "Filmguide to Triumph of the Will" out (Indiana
U. Press, 1975). Then there's "The films of L.R." by David B. Hinton
(Metuchen, NJ: Scarecrow Press, 1978); and a biography "L.R." by
Renata Berg-Pan (Boston: Twayne, 1980).
 
Those are from a quick database search of what's in our library; no
claims about "definitiveness."
