I'd appreciate any info about obtaining on video a Marty Feldman piece in
which he is about to slip into bed in his nightcap with his nagging wife and
then remembers that he needs to put out the cat. The joke is that after a
series of fast-motion clips he ends up in a grass shack on a tropical island,
then all the clips reverse and he's back in the bedroom remembering another
chore, etc., etc. I'd like to use this piece in an intro to film class as a
painless way to illustrate a few principles about editing. It was originally
aired on network TV in the early 70's. Anyone interested let me know and
I'll pass along any info that I obtain.
