I believe I saw that footage on a PBS videotape titled AMERICAN PHOTOGRAPHY
- A CENTURY OF IMAGES (Twin Cities Public Television, Inc., 1999).  It's
just a clip version, however, and I'm also uncertain if the quality would
be sufficient. It's worth a try though, especially if you can't get a hold
of it any other way.
